Me describiría a mi mismo como
Hello fellow snow lover. I'm a kind hearted, grounded and emotionally intelligent man. I grew up in the mountains west of Denver. In college(CU) I was an NCAA superpipe rider. Last season I became a certified snowboard instructor, I'm looking to move into freestyle coaching in the future. I'm a card carrying US Ski and Snowboard, FIS and USASA member(I've been background checked, avalanche and safe sport trained).
It's worth mention; I have spent a lot of time studying, living, and working at the esalen Institute(esalen.org) in Big Sur CA, about five years total beginning when I was 17 and most recently for two years prior to covid. Who I am is very informed by my time at esalen. It's difficult to explain esalen to someone who hasn't been there 😕, but the website does a better job than I can here.
My off snow interests include permaculture, cooking, yoga, bouldering, mountain biking, mycology, motocross, sustainability, skateboarding and social justice.
