Retired so ski or any sporting activities can usually be done as it suits my companion. Single for 6 months now after a long marriage. Enjoy SUP in the summer from my lake front cabin. Or kayaking from my cabin cruiser in PW Sound. My mostly blind Cavalier goes most everywhere with me. Enjoy 2-3 mile jogs a few times per week and do resistance training at the gym 4-5 hours per week.
